Product Orders
To place an order, please fill out the Order Form below — complete with your shipping address, and products you would like to order. Once submitted, we will process your order and get back to you within 1-2 business days with a final invoice, inclusive of shipping fees and all applicable taxes. All invoices are payable via e-transfer to: info@lensonproducts.com
Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 3 business days and a tracking number will be provided.

Does Lenson Products still sell Lenson Foot Spas or Saunas?
Unfortunately, the Lenson Sauna and Ion Foot Spa are no longer available.
Lenson Products accepts e-transfer payments for all products. Once we have emailed your completed invoice (which includes shipping and applicable taxes), payment can be made directly be sending an e-transfer for the full amount listed on the invoice to: info@lensonproducts.com
What payment forms are accepted?
After submitting your order online, we will process it within 1-2 business days, and send a completed invoice to the email you provided on the order form. If for any reason you have not received this invoice after 2 business days, please check your ‘Junk/Spam’ email folder. If you still do not have an invoice, please contact us via phone at: 705-313-6388
How do I know if you have received my order?
Yes, we will provide the customer a tracking number (via email) following the shipment departing, so that you can monitor the progress of your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, for all domestic orders (within Canada) that total $200 CAD or more, we will include free shipping. For all orders under $200, shipping costs are applied to the invoice.
If I place a larger order, can I get free shipping?
Taxes are applicable according to the province the order is going to, and are calculated accordingly on the invoice for you.
